Dear Kings and Queens,

Update 11.2.0 is now live!
We kindly encourage all players to update as soon as possible.

Please note: the update may take a little time to appear across all platforms and regions due to store release timings.

Over the past few months, the team has been hard at work tackling some major fixes that were planned following the anniversary.

A few weeks ago, we shared a general overview at the Royal Revolt 2 Roadmap  and now it’s time to dive into the details of our latest update.

We’ve carefully reviewed community feedback and prioritised the issues that have had the most significant impact on gameplay and overall player experience.

With this update, we’ve addressed some long-standing, deep-rooted issues that have been affecting the recent user experience  and we’re excited to share what’s been fixed.

  • Negative Trophy Issue: we resolved the issue causing the negative trophy bug
  • Alliance Crafting Frenzy: the event will now function correctly once we deploy a separate LSU in the upcoming days; the issue was due to certain values that needed to be adjusted both in the code and on the server side.
  • Boost Your Kingdom: is now fixed and will return to the regular event rotation alongside Alliance Crafting.

Although it was initially suspected to be the source of recent issues, further investigation revealed it was unrelated.
We’ve identified the actual root cause within the Season Pass time modifier.  As a result, issues affecting ads and token usage during the event should now be resolved.

  • UI inconsistencies and visual fixes
  • Android SDK:  As requested by the Google Store, this update has been implemented. While it may not appear as critical as some existing gameplay issues, it represented a significant portion of the development workload.

This fix was essential to ensure the game remains accessible through the Google Store.

Additionally, this update included resolving an issue with code sharing on Android. Although it was a small part of the SDK, it was embedded in the core code and therefore required attention.

Please note: To ensure the friend code works correctly after the update, make sure full app accessibility is enabled.

  • iOS SDK: Just like with Android, the Apple Store required an update to the app to ensure it continues functioning properly on iOS devices. As a result of this mandatory SDK update, the game now requires iOS 15 or later.

We’d like to remind all players that devices running versions below iOS 15 will no longer be supported.

If you have access to another compatible device, whether it’s an Android device or a PC, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team. They’ll be happy to assist you with transferring your game progress.

Now that you’re all caught up on the latest updates in this version, let’s take a look at what’s coming in the months ahead:

  • On the gameplay side, we’re exploring overall balance improvements, particularly around defense vs. offense, and looking at reworking some Troop and Hero dynamics, including the Ninja event structure
  • We haven’t forgotten about performance: some of the team will soon shift focus to tackling known issues like connectivity issues and a few exploits players have brought to our attention.
  • We’re also planning new themed item sets so you can expect your hero to look sharp for the months ahead.
  • Lastly, we’re keeping an eye on War and Conquest balancing, with the intent to make those modes more strategic and enjoyable over time.

We’ll share more detailed info when things are further along—but for now, we just wanted to give a general sense of where the Kingdom is headed!
