Due to a technical issue, the new Season “Refrigeration Nation” Had to be rebutted entirely. All previous progress was lost. All players are starting from level 0 again.
Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, the Season Passes purchased in the broken version of the season will not be transferred to the rebutted version. In order to get your Season Pass back, please make sure to make a ticket to our support team, and we will grant your purchased Season Pass back. When creating the ticket, please also input the receipt used for the season pass.
