with today’s Live Server Update we activate the first of a multitude of new Elite Boosts:

“Tribe Leader” for our new unit, the Cultist:

  • Percentage based HP and Piercing damage increase over 3 Boost level: 
    • +10% to +30% increased HP
    • +10% to +30% increased Piercing damage
  • unlocks at Alliance level 70,74, 78

Also included in this LSU are some sweet Balancing changes for several Runes and the Earthquake Spell:

  • Earthquake Spell Rebalancing:
    • Increased damage scaling overall spell levels:
      • Level 1 from 1525 to 1725
      • Level 2 from 1891 to 2277
      • Level 3 from 2345 to 3006
      • Level 4 from 3166 to 4359
      • Level 5 from 4274 to 6321
      • Level 6 from 5770 to 9162
      • Seasonal Bonus level 7 from 7500 to 13289
  • Rune Rebalancing:
    • “Knight: Fearless”
      • Level 6: Fear Chance from 5%-25% to 15%-35%
    • “Werwolf: Leader of the Pack”
      • Level 6: Wolf pack duration from 5-15sec to 8-20sec
    • “Ogre: Vacuum”
      • Slow resistance:
        • Level 1: From 5%-15% to 5%-20%
        • Level 2: From 15%-25% to 20%-35%
        • Level 3: From 25%-35% to 35%-50%
        • Level 4: From 35%-45% to 50%-65%
        • Level 5: From 45%-60% to 65%-80%
        • Level 6: From 60%-80% to 80%-100%
      • Pull chance:
        • Level 6: From 10%-35% to 15%-40%
    • “Sonic Blast: Vortex”
      • Spell Duration:
        • Level 5: from 30%-35% to 30%-40%
        • Level 6: from 35%-40% to 40%-50%
      • Pull Range:
        • Level 6: From 2-4 to 2-5
    • “Mortar: Toxicity”
      • Poison Puddle Duration:
        • Level 6: from 1-3sec to 2-5sec

Furthermore, we exchanged one of the upcoming War Boosts for War Tiers 3-6:

  • Portal Oger has been exchanged with Necro-Zapper
